As a customer, you will have an access fob which will give you access 7 days a week during daylight hours. There is a $40 refundable deposit for the access fob. When you are done storing with us and return the fob in functional condition, you will get your deposit back.

In the winter we provide snow removal only upon request (with 2 weeks notice) and for a service fee based on how long it takes to remove the snow.
Payment for monthly terms is due on the 1st of the month and on the 1st or 15th of the month for annual terms. If payment is not received 7 days after it is due, we can charge a $25 late fee.
We do not provide full accessibility in the winter. We keep the main perimeter road packed down and/or cleared so that our security company can drive through. You are always welcome to come check on your trailer in the winter during our regular access hours. Please be careful not to get stuck in the snow if you leave the main perimeter road!
If you know that you will need to get your trailer out during the winter or early in the spring, please let us know and we will do what we can to assign you a stall close to the perimeter road.
You are also always welcome to bring a shovel and dig yourself out.
We reserve the stall for you until you let us know otherwise. We ask that you notify us 14 days before you want to stop storing with us and let us know when you have taken your trailer out for the last time.
If you are able to let us know when you are taking your trailer out for the last time and if we are available on site, we can give you cash for your fob deposit. Otherwise, there is a black box on the fence as you exit the storage lot where you can insert your fob. When we retrieve the fob we will send you an e-transfer for your fob deposit.
The annual is a great way to lock in at a discounted price. Because of that we do not give refunds. It is a commitment for a full year.
There are certain kinds of things that we allow and other things that we don't allow as they could pose a risk to neighbouring trailers or the site. Please talk to us about it!
